MESSAGE FROM TOSHIBA MANAGEMENT
At Toshiba - Leading Innovation isn’t just our tagline; it’s who we are and what we stand for. We’ve been on the cutting edge of technological innovation for more than 130 years. Toshiba’s pioneering efforts include the introduction of notebook personal computers and high definition DVD players and recorders, plus contributions to advanced innovations in medical imaging, microchips and multifunction copiers/peripherals (MFPs).
At Toshiba America Business Solutions (TABS), we’re proudly continuing that legacy of technology innovation by providing award winning document imaging and production products to businesses across the U.S. And our dedication to innovation doesn’t only include our products. At TABS, we understand that our customers rely on us as valued business partners to provide solutions to their business problems. Before we send any new technology to a customer site, we first send in our professional services team to help our customers improve their overall productivity and their bottom line. We call this human innovation, and it’s an important part of what Leading Innovation is all about. We design and implement processes, programs and software applications based on a thorough review of a customer’s objectives, culture and constraints. We are focused on ensuring our customer’s copier and MFP fleet is streamlined, secure and efficient, and contributing to the overall business in the most effective way possible.
Toshiba is known around the world for delivering world-class quality and unparalleled service and support. Human innovation for us means exceeding customer expectations every time. We are committed to being your total document solutions provider – delivering innovative products, value added software, and most importantly, the people needed to ensure your document workflow is doing just what it’s supposed to do - flow.

Meet the Toshiba Executives:
Toshiba History - Our Future is Our Past
It all began in 1875 when Tanaka Engineering Works became a major supplier of telegraphy equipment used in long distance communications and quickly earned the reputation for innovation in developing technologies. Then in 1939, Tanaka Engineering Works merged with Tokyo Electric Company to form Toshiba Corporation, which would later become a leader and pioneer of some of the world's most significant technologies, and the brains and brawn behind more than 500 major technologies including telegraph equipment, MRI technology, air traffic control systems, semiconductors, flat panel displays, disk drives, business telephone systems, one of the world's most popular laptop computers and digital imaging and document management solutions.
Toshiba is able to lead technology into the future because of a foundation resting on more than 125 years of inquiring, inventing and improving the way people live, work and play. And from this rich technological heritage stems a distinct advantage - every invention and product improvement at Toshiba starts from a place of extensive experience and knowledge, enabling us to think in new and innovative ways and continuously reshape the boundaries of technology.
When the history of technology is written, it is our intention to be included in every chapter. Leading Innovation. It's not just a tagline; it's our corporate mantra. Join Toshiba as we continue to move the leading edge of technology forward - not only throughout the next 125 years, but for centuries to come
