If your order is received before 2:00 p.m. we ship that day UPS ground and it usually is received the next day with your UPS shipment, After three it will arrive in two business days. We rarely are out of stock on a supply item, but if we are, we will let you know immediately.
If you need a confirmation that we have received your order, just let us know.
We never call you asking if you are out of toner, so if anyone does, it is most likely a fraudulent company calling. See our "Toner Pirates" page for how to handle it if you are a victim.
You should use only Toshiba OEM supplies...the products made for your copier by the people who designed and manufactured it. Our prices are more than competitive, and we will ship your order the same day we receive it...or use arrange to have it express messengered to your location if it is an emergency and you are inoperative. We inventory virtually all the supplies for Toshiba models manufactured over the last 12 years...and most of the Lanier copiers Toshiba manufactured as well.
