To serve you best we need to have your Equipment ID#, model of machine, description of the problem, any service lights or codes that are showing on the screen. If you get the Service Wrench, press Control & 8 at the same time to get a Code that helps the technicians know what parts they might want to bring to get you back up and running as fast as possible.
Also please let us know if you have changed locations, phone numbers, or have restricted hours that day and need a call first.
