That’s me at present off to the right---and me back when down below. Sigh…luckily it is what’s inside that counts….People, Copiers, Companies..And we shine there!! 

North Star is truly the brightest light in copiers!!!

Our sales consultants have decades in this specific industry, with my partner and I logging in 30+ years each now---1981 sounds so far back.  We know the products, this industry, and how to advise you...and we do it with sincerity and honesty.  No hype/bull/smoke blown…we won't try and squeeze a square peg in a round hole, and we never oversell our prospects, or sales stalk them. 

Our goal is customers for life, building relationships and even friendships. As a business we obviously want to do well, but much more importantly we are committed to doing good.

Here I am again (the one on the right)- Receiving the highest customer service/sales award Toshiba presents, by the Vice President of Toshiba America in 1993 at age 35, and with 12 years in the industry at that point.

Yikes!! Time and selling copiers sure has changed my appearance, but not my heart for the customer.  I and all my people are still providing outstanding service to the most demanding companies in Colorado after 30+ years in this industry.
