The Toshiba faxes we market are real business tools, not Office Club home use toys. Many buyers make the mistake of thinking those low end commodity fax units found at every corner store for cheap prices will do the same job of a true commercial grade fax...NOT! 

That is like believing a bicycle will serve you just as well as a Lexus because they are both modes of transportation that get you from A to B...they have wheels, gears, and you steer them...aren't they essentially the same? Though they have some of the same features, those other fax units are designed for home use at low volumes and light duty. They break and fail at moderate to heavy use...they literally have internal melt downs and worse....they last a year or two and then you replace them. Why not invest in a powerful system that will last 3-5 years and produce virtually error free over that time...and at MUCH LESS COST PER COPY THAN THE CHEAP ONES!

Yes, the cost to operate those inexpensive units is outrageous. Like the old commercials about maintaining your car, you can "pay now. or pay later" with fax machines. They can build the faxes much cheaper if they design the toner/drum cartridge to have most of the cost associated with it...and you replace these over, and over, and over....! Many of these units cost 5-10 cents per page to operate...where as the Toshibas only cost 1.5-2.5 cents. At 2000 pages per month you can save $40-$100 a month...and more than make up the initial investment difference between the systems. Maybe most important of all is the fact we come to you and service these units with experienced and trained technicians. If you go the discount house route, you end up sending your fax in, or dealing with people you do not know and who do not have an ongoing relationship with you they are concerned about. A fax is too important to have no or poor support on, call us for a quote on a solution that will work well and last a long time...and end up costing you less in the long run.
