A Fully-Connected Fax and Printer Solution

Toshiba has created a feature-rich, multifunction fax and printer solution designed for a variety of business environments. By incorporating the Toshiba Viewer, the DP120F/DP125F offers exceptional out-of-the-box PC Printing. The optional PCL6 and Direct Connect NIC provides convenient network printing capabilities and Web Diagnostics. The Toshiba Viewer also comes with a TWAIN Scanning function which enables you to scan directly from the fax to TWAIN-compliant software applications.

The DP120F/DP125F offers a Set-Up Utility, a time-saving administrative tool that lets you program fax functions and phone books directly from your PC. Configuration files can also be created with common fax settings and used for programming additional devices.

Toshiba's DP120F/DP125F speeds through your documents letting you spend less time faxing. It features fast 12 Page Per Minute Print Speed and sharp 600 dpi Laser Resolution with 256 Level Gray Scale.

The DP120F/DP125F utilizes new JBIG Data Compression resulting in faster transmission speeds of halftone documents and excellent image quality. A time-saving 1 Second Hyper Scan allows you to quickly scan fax documents and get back to important projects at your desk.

Internet Access at Your Fingertips

The DP120F/DP125F lets you program a time-saving 373 Location Autodialer and send documents to Internet addresses or other faxes with an intuitive, easy-to-use QWERTY Keyboard. An optional Internet Fax connects directly to the network through a Network Interface Card which gives you the ability to send original documents to selected E-mail addresses.

You can also save substantial telephone long-distance charges by sending your documents through the Internet to a DP120F/ DP125F at a remote location. The documents can then be transmitted to local fax machines without incurring any long-distance charges.

Toshiba ImageVision™ 2000 Software

Toshiba's new ImageVision™ 2000 software is a multi-tasking LAN application that provides the DP120F/DP125F with complete network faxing, scanning, and printing capabilities. This specially-designed software gives you complete network control for sending and receiving faxes. It also offers capabilities for network printing, scanning and optical character recognition. All ongoing fax activity, from sending and receiving, to printing and scanning, occurs in the background. This frees up your computer to run other programs whenever ImageVision™ 2000 is busy processing a job.

ImageVision™ 2000 software also offers a Sub-Addressing feature that conforms to ITU fax standards. Sub-addressing allows a fax to be routed directly to a client's desktop. This lets you automatically route, forward, print, or relay broadcast faxes according to the sub-address.
