COPIERS AND FAXES: We provide digital copiers / printers that are networkable & accessible through the Internet providing more reliability & less operating cost than older units. For 5 years we guarantee to fix the unit to your satisfaction based on the continuous service contract in place. Toshiba copiers have been awarded over 139 separate patents resulting in longer running time between preventative maintenance incidents and higher volumes in the same speed copiers from other brands. Our Fax machines are commercial high-grade quality with dependability and reliability way beyond discount house low-end systems. They last years longer, serve you better, and best of all they cost much less than those others to operate, thereby paying for themselves over time.

COLOR COPIERS: We offer full color copiers that produce images and photographs that look just like the original. Make your own brochures, marketing pieces, and other material that is instant and looks like four color printing. You can copy an original or send the image from the computers to have complete flexibility...and the cost per copy is the lowest of any color copiers in the industry.

NETWORKING: North Star Strategic IT provides Microsoft and Novell Certified Professionals for all your computer and network related service and support issues. We provide LAN/WAN design and implementation as well as consulting, hardware and software service and support. We also have a complete cabling division for data or voice.

TELEPHONE SYSTEMS AND VOICE MAIL: Our North Star Strategic IT division is a VOIP (Voice Over IP) and a Covad Authorized Dealer. As such we offer stand-alone phone and voice mail systems as well as fully integrated phone and computer systems.

REMOTE ACCESS: Remote access to the company network will soon be a necessity. North Star has built a great technical team to ensure that this works well for all of our customers. We provide shared Internet access from LAN/WAN as well as dial-up, Internet and intranet and virtual private networks. Work from home or away easily!

WEB SERVICES: Web site design is one of our specialties. We will also set up and host your web site. Our people are experts on DSL, ISDN and other digital line connectivity.

TRAINING AND EDUCATION: We have a fully equipped training room at our facility to provide specific Microsoft application or network training or we can train at your site. We also hold periodic lunch and learn sessions and conferences on specific new technologies.
