North Star's Christian Calling
North Star was named on purpose, after one of the most noted beacons of light and hope in the Bible…the guiding force that led the wise men to the baby Jesus. Since our main owner Ed Janich formed his first copier company in 1984 he and his employees have been committed to serving churches and religious related organizations first and foremost, giving them the first of the fruits. We focus on you, because we genuinely want to help the people you reach out to and help. Because we are Christian owned and operated, we want you to use your resources in pursuit of the great commission the bible calls us to follow, bringing others to Christ and saving souls...and use only what you have to for operational expenses like copiers and such.
You get more than just amazing preferential prices on products/service/supplies from us. Our long time partner manufacturer Toshiba steps in with huge discounts as well, often resulting in values for our church customers at less than half the normal price a commercial customer would pay. We have bible study every Tuesday at noon in our office conference room, and all are welcome to attend. We even hope that ministers from our church clients will want to facilitate a study at some point. Our first study was held on the very day the 911 tragedy occurred -- that morning, that same time. We were all in the conference room…not knowing it had even happened for most of it. We have had the study every week without fail since then, gravitating to noon so folks from other companies can attend. Ed and our V.P. Fred will come to you as guest speakers, with a variety of topics we can discuss, yet we normally witness to the congregation on tithing to help jump start giving levels for you.
We have sadly seen many people looking to take advantage of good natured church staff, and it hurts our hearts.
